My Experience

I have over 15 years of professional experience; supporting families, couples and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.

I have particular expertise working with clients faced with relationship difficulties (whether in the home or workplace), stress and burnout, separation and divorce, parenting and family conflict, as well as working with clients to improve self-confidence and self-esteem.

I hold a holistic approach in my work and I work collaboratively with clients building on their strengths and resilience.

I see therapy as something positive, a proactive way to challenge your mind and thinking. Through therapy, you can learn to reflect on: who you are, what you want from life and how you relate to other people which can help you to find solutions.. Therapy can help you see things from another perspective, support you to make any necessary or desired life changes and ultimately to aid you to live a more satisfied and harmonious life.

My Approaches

  • Systemic/Behavioural (CBT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Attachment narratives
  • Solution-focused / Brief solution focused
  • Structural
